Ingredients:

• sweet Italian sausage
  
• beet juice
  
• cheese
  
• single shitake mushroom
• pizza crust
  

Steps:

1. generously spread sweet Italian sausage over the entirety of the crust. 
   
2. Cover in cheese and a single shitake mushroom in the center. 
   
3. Squeeze the juice of a beet over the entirety of the pizza before baking.
