St. Louis Style


A basic crust will do.  Keep it thin. Keep it simple. This recipe is designed to be straightforward, allowing you to focus on the delicious middle, which oozes buffalo mozzarella. Best paired with a baseball game. 

Ingredients:
  • Store-bought thin pizza crust
  • buffalo mozzarella
  • vodka sauce
  • thinly sliced, crispy caramelized onions


Steps:
  1. Caramelize thinly cut white onions until a dark, warm brown color appears. 
  2. Spread a thin layer of vodka sauce over your pizza crust. 
  3. Rip a chuck of buffalo mozzarella and carefully place at the center of your pie. 
  4. Bake for an appropriate amount of time (Don’t let the mozzarella melt completely)
  5. Carefully spread your caramelized onions around the perimeter of the pie.
